I'm writing this to warn other potential buyers about my infuriating shopping experience. After two perfectly fine orders, my third purchase revealed the company's true colors. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid an extra $19.95 for "next day delivery," only to receive an email stating my order would take three business days to process. After getting stuck in endless automated phone menus and useless chat bots, I was determined to speak to a real person and get my money back.

Customer: I finally got a human. I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery and was just told it will take three business days. I want that shipping fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the confusion and your frustration. I can certainly look into that for you. May I have your order number, please? Customer: Yes, it's [Order Number]. Your website is completely misleading. I wouldn't have paid the fee if I knew it wasn't actually for next-day service. Your automated systems are a nightmare to deal with. CS Rep: I understand completely, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. That is not the experience we want for our customers. I see the charge here, and I am processing a full refund of the $19.95 fee for you right now. Customer: Okay, thank you. When will I see that money back in my account? CS Rep: The refund has been issued on my end. You should see it reflect in your account within 3-5 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation shortly.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
