My $246 Hostage Story: Lost Order, No Refund, and a Bot-Fueled Nightmare 🤖


I'm writing this as a warning about my awful online shopping experience. I feel completely ripped off and ignored. To put it plainly, "GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. $246.00 they have of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT." After getting nowhere with automated responses, I felt I had no choice but to try and reach a live person and share my story.

Customer: I need to speak to someone about order #105081183. It's been over a month, the package is lost, and your bots keep telling me it's 'in transit'. I want my $246 back now!

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the trouble with your order and the frustration this has caused. Let me look up that order number for you right now.

Customer: Look it up, but I've heard that before. I'm done waiting. I never received my glasses, and you have my money. This is unacceptable. I want a refund processed today.
