Paid for Express Shipping, Got an 11-Day Nightmare 😤 A Warning


I'm writing this as a warning about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. I needed glasses urgently, so when I ordered on March 30th, I paid extra for express 3-5 day shipping. That was a huge mistake. As I wrote in my initial review, this is a "Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production." When it hit day 11 with no update, I had no choice but to call customer service to demand answers.

Customer: My order was placed on March 30th with express shipping. It's been 11 days and it's still in production. I need my glasses. CS Rep: I am so sorry for this delay. Let me look up your order. I see it has experienced an unexpected delay in the lab. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Customer: An apology doesn't help me see. I paid for express service and got the opposite. I want my shipping fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: Of course, I completely understand. I have just processed a full refund for your shipping fee. Your order is now scheduled to ship within 24 hours. Customer: So I get the $10 back, but the glasses are still 6 days out on delivery? This whole process is a joke. I’m telling everyone I know to never shop here. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I am truly sorry that we failed to meet your expectations. I have documented your feedback for our team.
