My GlassesUSA Nightmare: $246 Gone and an Order Never Received 😡
I'm writing this to warn everyone about my horrendous experience with GlassesUSA. I just want my money back for an order I never even received, and the whole process has been a nightmare. My final conclusion after all this trouble is simple: GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. $246.00 they have of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back, GlassesUSA. My order number is #105081183 if an actual person sees this. I used Zinni before and never had this problem, and I will definitely use them again. STAY AWAY from GlassesUSA. Whatever happened to customer service? I WANT MY MONEY BACK! This whole ordeal forced me to contact their customer service, desperately hoping to speak to an actual human being.
Customer: My order is #105081183. It's been over a month, the package is lost, and your automated system is useless. I want a refund now.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me look up order #105081183. I see it was dispatched on February 25th and tracking does show it stalled in transit.
Customer: "Stalled" is an understatement. I don't want excuses; I want my $246 back. I never got the product. Why is this so difficult?
CS Rep: You are right to be upset, and I sincerely apologize for this experience. It's unacceptable. I will bypass the standard procedure and process a full refund for you immediately. You should see it in your account within 7-10 business days.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
