I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from GlassesUSA. My experience has been a nightmare of broken promises and non-existent service, which is why I felt I had to contact them and leave this review. To put it simply, after seeing all the one-star reviews that had the exact same experience which I did, I am not surprised. I ordered glasses on May 4th and was assured they would be finished on May 11th. It is now May 26th and I keep getting emails apologizing for the delay. I tried multiple times to call customer service and finally spoke to someone in India who was absolutely no help at all. This frustrating loop of apologies with no action is what finally pushed me to try and get a real answer from them.

Customer: My order was supposed to be ready on May 11th. It is now the 26th. All I get are emails apologizing. Where are my glasses?

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the significant delay with your order. I can absolutely understand your frustration. Can you please provide me with your order number?

Customer: It’s [order number]. I've already called and got nowhere. I don't want another apology, I want a real shipping date.

CS Rep: Thank you. I see the order here and I sincerely apologize for the lack of clear information you've received. It appears there was a lab processing issue. Let me check for a concrete status update right now.

Customer: Fine. But if you tell me to wait another two business days for an update, I'm canceling the order and contacting my bank.

CS Rep: I understand completely. The system shows it has just passed quality control and is scheduled for shipment within 48 hours. I will personally monitor this and ensure you receive the tracking number via email.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
